The experience I had with Mr. Welling was great. He was very easy to work with. He explained everything so that I could understand it. Very fast service and even that I did not live by and office everything was done on line and there were no mistakes. Thank you very much Mr. Lloyd Welling.

Totally recommend! I have known Dai for years and he is very good at what he does. He helped me out of a terrible mess in life that was very difficult for me as well as been there when a lawyer has been needed over the years. Highly recommended lawyer. My entire family uses him and he is very knowledgeable in his field. His services were valuable in helping me sort out an otherwise sticky credit card fraud situation. His knowledge of the law goes above and beyond bankruptcy and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have known Attorney Rosenblum for all the years he has been practicing in Butler, PA.
He drew up a Trust Agreement for my children, came to my aid when I needed a PFA (Protection From Abuse), wrote my will and has kept it updated, represented my husband and me in front of the PUC (Public Utility Commission) in a case with our Limousine business, and most recently, gave valuable information and guidance on some financial issues.
