I called in today full of tears 😭 I spoke with a sweet lady name Diane she allowed me to speak and then cry 😢 when she needed facts she asked her question very gently but she spoke so I understood she needed facts!!!She was very concerned and knowledgeable!!!! She said all the right things!!!! Then she had all the info she needed and felt comfortable setting me up for a counseltation making me feel very comfortable almost like the problem didn’t exist.... I came in the lady at the front desk was very polite the vibe was very calming Diane came out very prompt after my arrival she totally got her voice we went to meet,I put my hand out to shake hers.She was going for a hug ❤️❤️😰😰❤️SHE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND MOTHERLY AT THE ALL AT ONCE!!!Then it was time for business she was ready.Asked all the best questions prepared me on what Geoffrey was aware of☺️☺️Handed me a paper told me Geoffrey would be in about 4 minutes he was there in two❤️The transition was very warming he was just like Diane in a manly way very caring,knowledgeable,honest,Trustworthy,and non judgmental. I APPRECIATE ALL OF THE WARMTH, I RECEIVED FROM THIS OFFICE. ESPECIALLY DURING MY TIME OF NEED. I engaged Mr. McInroy in response to a white collar criminal matter. This then spilled over to a civil case and he was willing to represent me in this as well. Never being through the criminal system, it can be an overwhelming experience. Geoff and his paralegal are very skilled and professional. They are responsive to your questions and know the right "moves" or "steps" to take in your case. They do not pass judgement and have been very transparent about outcomes and processes. Though my case isn't over, which I wouldn't rate their service over my outcome anyway, I am confident in referring Geoff and his team.
