Heather definitely made the entire investigation process easier. She gave constant updates of the status of the investigation and followed up in a timely manner when I had questions. She worked hand in hand with Attorney Lauer is making me feel very comfortable and I was ecstatic with the outcome!

From start to finish, Heather made the process simple. A quick review of the case, answer a questionnaire and then show up on the court date. Heather met with the DA and after some negotiations, my DWI was completely discharged and I only had to pay the fine on the traffic infraction. Best outcome I could expect. She was upfront about everything and explained what could and could not happen. I was very impressed!

She got a public drunkenness summary offense reduced to what amounts to a city ordinance fine (so no permanent record) on my court date.
She also did all of the preliminary work to prepare for a 2nd offense DUI. She spent so much time talking to me about my case, responding to my questions via email, and did whatever she could to achieve a desirable result.
I could not have asked for better representation, truly. Her and Patrick Lauer make a tremendous team at their firm and I trust them completely. Thank you again for everything.

Patrick & Heather both went to bat for me from the very first moment. I received a phone call within minutes of sending an email to their firm. I was given clear and specific information on how to proceed at each turn. Phone and email correspondence was promptly returned and even my most basic questions were answered respectfully and competently. I was able to receive ARD with no incarceration time and minimal fines. I recommend them highly.
