This guy is the worst lawyer you can possibly hire. Please don't waste your time or money.

We obtained fabulous results from skilled attorneys, Heather Orisko and Patrick Lauer. They were wonderful with their communication and responsiveness. They are definitely worth their fee (every penny). We would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again, if needed. Our young adult daughter received her first and only traffic ticket for a high rate of speed on a PA highway. We made the mistake of advising her to pay the large fine thinking that would be punishment enough. Later we realize it was actually admitting to a guilty conviction, leading to even greater consequences with insurance, points, and possible suspension. Thank goodness the Law Offices of Patrick Lauer came to our rescue and represented us. They were able to negotiate a plea to reduce the speed of the infraction. The plea also help us avoid making the three hour trip each way from out of state. Both attorneys worked together to negotiate on our daughter’s behalf. Heather answered all of my endless questions about options and the various procedures through phone calls and email. She even gave me tips on local hotels and parking for court house. Patrick was quick and to the point, while on the other line with the DA’s office, then he called back to follow up. They are an amazing team. Nice people, great service! Our only regret was that we didn’t contact them sooner!!

I am from Maryland and didn’t want to go to court in PA with a Maryland attorney. PA has such a different way of doing things. I was referred to Mr. Lauer through family that knew of him and used him years ago. I was facing some serious charges and was scared and had a lot of questions. Mr. Lauer was honest from the first meeting. He didn’t make any promises or give me any false hope. My situation could have been a lot worse but Mr. Lauer was able to get the most serious charges dismissed and in the near future we will be using him to get them expunged. I ended up pleading guilty but it was my best option. Mr. Lauer met with us numerous times when we had questions and concerns, he answered any questions we had to the best of his ability and never made us any promises. He told me the best and worst case scenarios so I knew what to expect in court. I came out with basically everything we asked for. I am in a much better position then I was when I was arrested in september. I wanted to go to trial and instead of taking all my money and losing he was honest about the probability of losing and also additional more severe charges that could come up. I am so glad I took his advice. I sent so many emails because I was so nervous and made so many calls, he did his best to respond when he had an answer but when needed he met with us in person every time we requested to see him. He knows what he is doing. I am glad I trusted him with my case.

Patrick Lauer is an awesome lawyer i recommend him to anybody with criminal charges.Mainly dui is his strongest knowledge of which Mr Lauer helped write alot of the dui laws in Pa.Pat is very blunt and to the point ,,very business oriented and friendly!!He will fight the best he can resulting in your best interests! I was facing criminal charges for which something the cop accused me of ,,,which was not true. Related to a domestic violence with a now exgirlfriend i was charged with simple assault misdemeanor.Mr Lauer very quickly got the criminal charge of simple assault dropped to a summmary harassment at the district justice first hearing which almost never happens.Thanks to his knowledge of law and being prepared knowing what to do in the right time.Pat saved me lots of money and future troubles.I cannot thank him enough!! I am very,very thankful, and very satisfied with his services.Thanks again Pat you are super,super,super awesome lawyer.

I got multiple, unjust citations in Pennsylvania totaling over $1500. I live in Texas and I hired these people to represent me. They too care of me and defended my plea, leading to a dismissal of all charges. These guys are the best group of lawyers I have worked with. Wish we had them down here in Texas as well.

Pat is the best in his line of work. If you are human and make a mistake, Pat is the absolute top in his line of work. I may have been set up. Patrick will resolve my issue/possible mistake. As I mentioned, there could be more to this. Pat Lawuer is worth his weight in Bitcoin! Pat is hands down the attorney that is the most knowalagable and I am very fortunate he is working for me. Our public welfare systems in PA are very flawed. Pat, has personal experience and I trust his representation implicitly.

I couldn't recommend anyone more than Pat for criminal defense. My case was closed in early 2016, but I still need to tell people that, after firing a small army of attorneys, Pat restored my faith in the legal profession. That's not easy to do. He does a lot more than DUI and audible shudders can be heard in DA offices when a defendant hires him. He's rough around the edges, and even a little nuts, but worth every penny.

I would not recommend this office to anyone! Mr. Lauer has his assistant atty show up for court in his place and she has no idea what she is doing and is rude when she answers the phone. He also charges you a " pay as you go fee" meaning every little thing he does you pay $1500 up front. He does not inform you of the process of what may or may not happen. We ended up paying 7k for him to do nothing and had to hire another atty. If you want a good atty keep looking and do NOT waste your time and money here.
