Craig represented me in a driving w out license dui susp..it was in federal court due to the stop beong on army base. The federal prosecutor was really pushing for mandatory jail time. I wouldnt accept so the case went to trial and Craig exceeded my expectations and made the officer look and no doubt feel like a dumbie. He proceeded to point out all 11 mistakes the officer made on the ticket, including the wrong date ( it was in the future) wrong name ( it wasn't me) no subsection and so on. He made the cop answer for every single error, Craig even used a little humorous whit with the judge and had her smiling. I didnt expect him to embarrass and anger the opposition to that extent but i was certainly glad he did. Craig is very knowledgeable, I heard someone refer to him as a law nerd, to me that meant he know his stuff and ide take him on my side every time. Very skilled litigating with confidence and charisma. Honestly I was a little skeptical about the strategy but he was definitely correct. The judge pulled him and da unto chambers and said we better come to an agreement because theirs k way she can honor that many mistakes that Craig relentlessly pointed out. Highly recommended!

Almost 2 years ago, my son found himself in a situation where he was about to be charged with a serious crime that he did not compete. My family & I decided to hire him an attorney. We meet with Mr Kaurlarich & decided to hire him. In the 2 years he fought for evidence to help prove my son’s innocence. He has a calm demeanor but during cross examinations & closing argument that was what was needed. I am happy to say today my son got his life back with a Not Guilty verdict & I do not think that would have happened if we had not hired Mr Kaurlarich. My family & I will always be grateful. Attorney Kauzlarich defended my son from multiple charges including a felony robbery charge alleged when my son was provoked with racial slurs and threw another young mans cellphone. He was knowledgeable thorough with a plan on attacking the charges on specific grounds.

No one ever wants to “need” an attorney. However, that’s exactly where I found myself about 2 years ago. I am an RN and got into a bit of trouble. Mr Kauzlarich listened to my issued and immediately began assisting me to “right the wrong”. He represented me well to the legal powers that be.
