I hired Mr. Bayley for a custody dispute after my long time attorney had retired. I was a bit nervous to go into such a big court case with a new attorney I had just meet. After my first meeting with Mark I felt much better and was ready to enlist him for my legal representation. The matter lasted roughly six months, during those six months I received plenty of clear communication from Mark and his legal Secretary Connie. Never once was I made to feel like I was bothering them or like my case was not important to them. Mark's presences in the court house was that of an experienced attorney, cool calm and collected. He always laid out my list of options and allowed me to make the choices that best suited my interest. last but not least, they never once made me feel pressured for what I owed for the services that were provided, its already stressful enough worrying about a custody battle. I would highly recommend this firm for any family law matters you may have!

Some how his glorious intellect doesn't seem to help him recive basic social que's, but im sure he's a great attorney due to his defensive nature.
