Due to my own lapse in judgement, I found myself facing two criminal charges with fines of up to $10K, a prison term of up to 4 years, as well as loss of my 2nd Amendment rights for life. Thankfully I was able to secure the legal services of Ms. Erin E. Kraska, Esquire, who works at the Abom & Kutulakis Law firm. From the start, I expressed a desire to take responsibility for my actions as there was no question I was guilty of all the charges before me. Ms. Kraska immediately began work to mitigate the severity of the penalties I faced. As my attorney, she worked tirelessly to explain all issues to me while negotiating with the prosecuting district attorney, police department, and all other relevant parties to secure an incredibly positive outcome that was beyond my wildest expectations. What I would certainly describe as a legal miracle, Ms. Kraska was successful in gaining a commutation of the two severe criminal charges I faced into a singular, much less severe, Disorderly Conduct charge. I accepted this plea agreement and was fined $300, plus court costs from the judge. There was no prison, no probation, no community service, and no life altering loss of my Constitutional Rights as a citizen. To put things in even greater perspective, Ms. Kraska was able to resolve all my legal troubles at the Preliminary Court Hearing level, swiftly bringing to conclusion this darkest period in my life without further cost, anxiety, or stress. All of this was done with compassion and empathy which helped me personally in getting through such a traumatic life experience. In conclusion, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind the unbelievable outcomes achieved would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts and profound legal acumen of Ms. Kraska. My gratitude is without bounds and I would not be exaggerating to say Ms. Kraska saved my life, dignity, and reputation. She is an absolutely superb attorney.

Erin is the best. From the first moment I knew I chose the most qualified and trustworthy person to handle my nightmare with CYS and the expungement of findings in my situation. Not only did Erin know what to focus on from day one, she was always upfront and honest throughout the whole process.
