Attorney Shannon Costa saved her firm from a 1 star review. I was referred to Jay’s practice by an old friend of his (attorney Ron Costen) years ago, but my daughters mom and I were able to work things out. This time we didn’t work things out. She was breaking our court order and I needed professional help so Ron encouraged me to go to Jay’s again. My first consultation with them was nearly worthless. I got the most basic information for the first 10 minutes of the session without getting a word in and the guy tried to end the paid consultation 20-25 minutes early.. At least Shannon was there to take notes which helped later on. I was frustrated, but was referred to attorney Stephanie Cesare so I gave them another shot and Shannon was there for the consultation again. I found out that the first guy I consulted with was no longer with the practice which explained why he was so checked out. I was impressed Shannon remembered a lot from our first consultation from weeks ago and felt much better about moving forward with attorney Cesare. After the consultation I didn’t hear much from Stephanie and a couple emails went unanswered. I could go into further detail about the disappointments I had with Stephanie, but won’t. Simply put, she missed filing a couple things that I thought she said she would file (request for special relief and contempt) and it became clear to me that she didn’t have time for my case. This wouldn’t have been so stressful if I didn’t realize this 11 days before I was set for trial with the judge. It was at that time I asked if Shannon could step in to represent me and thankfully she could! What a world of difference. Shannon listened and was attentive. I felt like she cared about my case and never left me guessing. My daughter started kindergarten so the decisions to be made would influence the next 13 years of her life. Shannon was on top of everything and she represented me exceptionally well. Words fail to express the gratitude I have for her representation. I could not have done this on my own. I could not have been more satisfied with Joshua Traver who assisted me in a child custody case. While the case fizzled toward the end as evidence was submitted, he was very courteous, fast to respond to emails, and always made me feel as comfortable as possible when entering court.

Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and a hard worker! Her level of intelligence and support helped me in more ways than I knew possible. She ended my nightmares quickly thanks to her experience in working with system in so many areas. Thanks Stephanie, good job!

Thanks to Abom &Kutulakus and the investigative team, Elizabeth T. Gibson my family and I are writing the final chapter in our life. A good one too. Abom & Kutulakis are some of the best around PA. Not just PA, everywhere in my opinion. Knowledgeable and very professional. They fight for you, and try to resolve each case the best way possible. I have had Craig and Mr. Abom as attorney's...... and both have been top class. Having to get a lawyer can be very hard on someone, but they help with that by explaining everything to a tee, and then working hard for you for the best outcome. I was recently represented by Stephanie L. Cesare in a case in York Pa. She definitely knows the law and was all around super knowledgeable in my case. She did an outstanding job of representing me and got the best possible plea agreement I could have hoped for in my situation.
