Most importantly, she takes the time to understand, and break it down into plain language. Melissa' s wealth of experience and professionalism has assisted me in solving many of my business issues. Atty Kelso was hired to assist in the legal aspects of the sale of my business. She and her staff were excellent. They had everything covered from start to finish and were extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the sale and contact. They worked closely with the new buyer's legal department and attorney without any issues whatsoever. My questions were always answered in terms I could understand.
