Took my retainer and did nothing. I took him to court and he lost both times by not showing up. He works out of someone else's office so I couldn't recoup some of my costs though sheriff sale. He admitted to working with my future Ex's lawyer on private matters, I thought it would help me get finished with a divorce that had taken 4 years. It ended up taking more time and a different attorney. He still owes me the settlement and interest.

hired Joe Scioscia for a simple non contest divorce. He promised everything and made it sound like it was going to be quick. Here I am 8 months later and he went behind my back and closed my case at the court, without me knowing. I ended up calling the court today to see what the hang up was. Not only that, but he sent me another clients paperwork with their personal information on it. This guy will not answer phone calls, texts, emails, letters… he actually hung up on me once after I answered the phone and said my name. I am currently perusing my money back through the state. I urge you not to use him and probably any of the other “lawyers” in that office.
