Unfortunately, I rehired Sean in 2021 as a bankruptcy attorney; to follow up to a case he represented me in previously. As of the date of this post he has not responded to text messages, phone calls, or emails requesting a conference and follow up to the case. His work has been so limited other attorneys have contacted me trying to claim funds to the case. His paralegals only respond to text message and are not diligent in doing that. A complete disregard for people time money and life. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or time. He doesn’t follow his professional code of ethics, to represent the clients best interest!

Sean got me out of a real pickle. From 12 points down to 3, got a charge dropped, and now all I need to do is take a defensive driving course. Found him through off the record. great guy, too. Much appreciated.

I hired him for a very serious criminal matter. He was my third attorney on this fired the other two cause I didn't like how they were caving to the DA on the matter. Sean was absolutely amazing. He was stead fast swift and completely no nonsense type of man. He worked with me on a payment plan since he knew I spent money on the other two lawyers who did absolutely nothing but cave under the pressure of the DA but not Sean. Well it came time for my trial and I had been trying to do my hardest not to get sick for the holidays and to not to get sick for trial but my body just caved. I have a ton of medical problems. The day of my trial Sean tried to get it continued and the judged wouldn't so he proceeded with out me. I was a nervous wreck. We sat and waited for days for the judges decision. It took us looking on line looking to find out and it was all charges came back as not guilty. I OWE IT ALL TO YOU SEAN WITHOUT HIM I WOULD OF NEVER GOT THIS far in life so thank you Sean and your amazing Staff DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND YOU 🫶

This guy is useless. Worst attorney I've ever dealt with. Who conducts business only via text?!? Received no updates prior to my court date on if he plans on showing up, no updates following the hearing, then when I finally text to find out what the result was I get 1 word answers. Even his office doesn't return emails despite having sent documentation via email. Absolutely horrendous service! Save your money and find someone else!

Serious violation of my rights, sent (unknown to me) an attny from the District Attorneys- who said nothing...NO A WORD IN the hearing,..,I Was the Plaintiff...the assaulter who broke my ribs, torn out my rotator cuff + more injuries....went unquestioned to bogus statements & allegations. He took payments from Law Enforcement & me. I'm a 68 yo elder woman - all that to protect a bad cop who didn't report my assault, and protected the female assaulter. Hint, call a cop you know, then you can assault someone....and receive the best cover-up in the County! Guaranteed!!! SO, if you need a fix....cal Logue Law Group !

I was disappointed on multiple occasions, first Sean was extremely responsive told me what I wanted to hear. I handed him a folder with everything I needed at my hearing. I tell him what’s going on. He says this is easy we got this. GREAT! Some time goes by, turns out it’s not criminal it’s civil I tell Sean thank you and ask if he can still help me or if I need to see someone else. Nope I can help with civil as well. Great. Month no answers no calls no feedback. I call, we’re working on it. No direction what to do. Multiple back and forth for multiple months. Sometimes with no answer, at one point I asked for my money back and to fire him. He started to respond again. Finally I ask about skip tracing multiple other options with no help from Sean to contact the person I’m looking to sue. Finally I get their info paying a skip trace myself that’s fine whatever. Then Sean’s office doesn’t tell me the dates of the hearings till the day before. HELLO this is not my job I need a couple days notice. Then doesn’t tell me when it’s continuing. Then when we finally do get to court day he calls me at 6pm the night before telling me he lost my paper work. I print and redo everything that I have then he tells me the next day I have everything I need. 🤦🏼‍♀️ A waste of my time and money when you were responsible enough for my stuff. Then we get to court he is mismanaged on materials and pretty much everything else doesn’t understand what’s happening doesn’t enter the proof of messages into the evidence. Doesn’t set me up for success on what I need versus don’t. Over all I wish I would have gone with someone else and Sean would have told me my petty case didn’t matter to him. Even though I over paid for a “good” lawyer.

If I could give him zero stars I would have. Sean just looks at his clients simply as dollar signs. He doesn’t not communicate with clients at all. And if does have the time to respond he is rude and unprofessional. My fiancé has been in jail for 4 months not once has he made the time to go talk to him. He didn’t show at a hearing. The very first hearing his associate showed up 45 minutes late and he told me he had no idea what was even going on. He didn’t even have a police report. Sean went into court and didn’t say a word on my fiancés behalf. There was a huge mistake in paperwork and it just slipped right by him. He had no clue about anything that involves his case. He claims that his speciality is DUI. That’s a joke.We are 3 months away from sentencing and I had to get another attorney. So if you want an attorney that is rude, unprofessional and expensive he’s your guy!
