“For the people” I think NOT. The explanation below does not suffice for his poor attitude, shady demeanor & shadier business ethics. I reached to Joseph for a custody case. Sons father is not in the picture, but I wanted some piece of mind having legal paperwork stating my rights. Simple. The very next day after reaching out Joseph actually drove out to my house. He explained & assured me he was one to work with families. I have a 4yo autistic son who is in multiple programs throughout the week. I’m unable to work due to this. My partner works full time. Even with one decent income- it doesn’t get you very far. Joseph assured me that’s no issue and not to worry- he’d work with me. I paid him $300 that day for him to fill the paperwork out with me and explain everything. After paying him I hadn’t heard from him work WEEEEEEKS. Finally after basically harassing him he finally reached out and filled the paperwork over zoom with me. I figured he was probably busy and was just unable to attend to my petty case at the time. I suppose I made excuses even though if you don’t want it- don’t take it especially knowing we’re a struggling family. After this he said he wanted me to cash app him the filing fee the courthouse charges and some. I asked if we could just meet at the courthouse & I’d pay him for his time & myself pay the fee in person. He refused and said I needed to cash app him. After I told him I felt uncomfortable doing so- MIA. Again.

Had a bad experience in a DUI case - Sean was nonexistent, unresponsive and in actuality, was nothing more than an over-priced public defender. A real shame to have had this experience. If you want to stand a chance at a reduced penalty for DUI, look elsewhere. Oh, and he will claim that this is the best result one could have gotten - hired him, never saw him, no negotiation in court, and he will think that you blame him for the error in judgement; nope, I don't blame this lawyer, I accuse him of misrepresentation and being an imposter.

Attorney Sean Logue is the real deal. You might get nervous after hiring him because most of his communication is by text and it can sometimes be hard to get ahold of him, but when the day comes that you need him to be there he will be there and he will absolutely go the distance for you. I was uneasy about retaining his services because I'd only ever had one attorney before him (my family's attorney David Lake, RIP), but Mr. Logue went to bat for me as hard as Mr. Lake would have done. I absolutely recommend Attorney Logue and if the day should ever come that I need his services again, I would retain him again in a heartbeat.

Very respectable professional. Works with you however he can to help. I Would recommend him if you need legal advice or defense.

I had hired this lawyer for a speeding ticket that he charged me $500 and told me that he would reduce it to ZERO POINT. He LIED. I found out I was still charged for speeding and when I asked why. All he said was’’ SORRY it’s all I could do. From the heart I don’t recommended you to hire him to represent you. DO NO DO NO NOT . I will be checking every day to make this review doesn’t get deleted . I will do it again it I don’t see it

Have gone to Joe for any issue needed and he’s been very respectful and helpful and puts an honest effort in. Even when your an extreme pain in the rear Joe takes the time to help you through it rather than getting mad would recommend Joe to anyone and his prices are extremely fair and professional.
