He prepared me for all possible outcomes and was able to help me anticipate both the best and worst case scenarios. Tip was able to get me into the ARD program which allows this low point in my life to be expunged from my record. As a result of my representation by Tip Barber, I was granted an ARD outcome for my DUI. It had been 15 years since my last DUI, but this was my 4th lifetime DUI nevertheless, and the 90% probability was 72 hours jail and one year suspension. However, my result was zero jail and 60-day suspension. I would heartily recommend Tip for anyone needing DUI representation in the counties he practices in.
