My husband and I have worked with Mark for several years. He has helped us out with mortgage issues and lender issues. He is efficient, focused, and quick to respond. He fights for the underdog and has a drive to do what is best for his client. He is knowledgeable and will give you direct answers. My husband and I also recommended his help to some of our family friends, of which, he was also able to help. We felt relieved and happy to know he was fighting for our case. I needed a lawyer for a landlord/tenant case I was facing after the landlord had been negligent amongst other things. Mark reached out to me and asked me to explain what’s happened and after hearing my case he immediately took it on. He was very reasonable, he was compassionate, his communication was timely and effective and he was resilient! We won our case and then some and got everything we asked for! Very unprofessional agreed on a price to hire and spoke with me about my case for a period of over 2-3 months agreed on a price and when contacted again switched up the agreement and demanded something else! Never cared about
My case or what I was going thru treated me like nothing! Worst lawyer I have ever worked with! Would not recommend you work with him he will waste your time and won’t help!

Mark worked with us and the bank over a period of time. He was easily available, very knowledgeable and diligent. Ours was a complicated situation that required patience, good negotiation skills and persistence. Mark had all of these in spades.
