David Spang married to Martha Walker are the 2 most deceitful, greediest lawyers in Chambersburg. My mother passed away in march of 2016. Spang handled the estate when Martha was designated executrix from a will made in 1997. I have yet to see Martha Walker since the year 2000, when I witnessed my mother firing her as her divorce lawyer. There was a new will made as my daughter witnessed my mother writing it. In my experience, with the deceitfulness existing in the chambersburg courthouse, I have a theory in which Rick Bushman, my mother's ex-employer drew up her new will. Rick Bushman unexpectedly passed away approximately a month or so before my mother. I have reason to believe the paperwork of my mother's recent will was destroyed by the conspirators located in path valley and employed at the courthouse in chambersburg. The destroyed will did not include my only sibling. Mr. Spang lied to me several times to get the financing for my own trust account instead of taking it from the estate as it should have been split evenly, my sibling paid nothing. I paid over 13 thousand dollars. The will has not been probated, and the IRS is holding my mothers tax return. I had to pay 2,000 when I sold my mother's house in highspire for "insurance" that the house would be sold. According to Mr. Spang, I would get that money back after the closing of the house. I did not recieve it and after an email today, Mr. Spang told me, that money went into the family estate and I will not be getting it. The paperwork stated my sister paid 1700 for my mothers grave stone in which I had no inclusion in the decision. The stone may have costed 500 if that, it's cheesy n cheap. I asked to see a receipt and my request was denied. I was told I was responsible for 1/2 of the funeral costs; almost 7,000 , but I would get that back too at the estate settlement. I gave him a check in which I have the receipt. My sibling got reimbursed, I did not. I was told by Mr. Spang that he would need 2,000 for "insurance" on my mother's income taxes for 2016, but I would get it back when her taxes cleared from the IRS. Per sae his email today all I am getting is my trust fund in which I financed out if my pocket, not from the estate. This man is a thief in a business suit and most likely wont give me my trust fund either as it should have been gaining interest in a bank account versus wherever it is. Also, my mother was a natural accountant all her ducks were in a row. This man is charging 40,000 dollars to execute this will, according to the paperwork I received. I speak the truth. I can never be a lawyer or a politician, honesty is in my blood, I cannot speak for my sibling, and I won't. But I will say, do not deal with this law firm unless you don't want your inheritance.
