Contacted them twice for a legitimate claim but never got a response. Guess they only want your business if your case is worth a million or more. Response now says there is "no record" of me contacting them. So, two emails and an online chat session is not enough apparently. Lesson learned: Do any business with this firm by registered mail. That, they cannot deny!
