Divorce is never an easy decision and once that decision has been made, the process can be overwhelming in every aspect. It is legally complicated and emotionally confusing as well as incredibly time-sensitive and detailed in respect to filings. It’s unimaginable, honestly, how intensely difficult it is to legally severe a contract that was created through 15 minutes of loving words once spoken between two people before their family, friends, church, and state. Thankfully, there are attorneys to help navigate this difficult process. But finding one can also be overwhelming in an already difficult time. I was very mindful of the firm and attorney I wished to utilize. I required an attorney with integrity and excellent best practices, extensive knowledge, solid experience, and the ability to manage even the most sensitive and emotionally charged topics with grace. I cannot state enough what a world of difference having those things made to maneuvering this process. Not only is Attorney Hannah Herman-Snyder, of Nicklas & Snyder Law Offices, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced, she is compassionate to the personal intricacies that arise during a divorce, and she made it clear with every step that I, as her client, was a priority. Nicklas Settlement Services is the firm I chose for the settlement on my new home. The process was so streamlined and went so smoothly and easy that I would highly recommend them to anyone who is buying a home.
