In particular, I dealt with Attorney Platt, who is extremely responsive and thorough. His paralegal, Wendy is a superstar and very responsive! I was very impressed with their commitment to good customer service.

Rachel was very attentive and thorough with my case. I always received a call back within 24 hours. Most of the time, it was the same day. She informed me immediately when something changed with my case. She has good insight and suggestions. Rachel is a down-to-earth, very friendly, and understanding attorney. If anyone is in need of a grandparent's rights attorney rachel will know exactly what to do. I will definitely keep her on retainer for any other future needs.
