I had a DUI charge with a high blood alcohol level. I wanted to fight this all the way unless there was a situation that worked for me to keep my job. Bill told me what I could fight and what I couldn't - straight talk. I know he pushed for a program for me that other attorneys wouldn't have. After several hearings and two days before plea the DA calls us with an offer I could not refuse. Bill was ready for the hearing and I only took the offer because it was that good. Our defense was ready for trial. I felt that he was always one step ahead. You cannot go wrong with him.

I cannot thank attorney Peters enough for how he helped my family when my son got into some trouble. He really knows his stuff. You don’t ever have to worry if things are getting done. They are. You can rest assured you will get the best outcome in your situation, no matter how Grim it seems.

First, let me say that when you need a criminal attorney, it it not your finest moment. After paying another attorney too quickly (friend recommended someone who didn't have a clue about criminal law), and being unhappy with the way they handled my case, I knew I needed to get someone experienced. Attorney Peters came recommend from several people once I started asking around. At my first meeting with him, I knew where I stood. He explained everything in detail, laid out my options and told me from his experience what I should expect. He was easy to talk to and I came clean. He answered all my questions with ease and made me feel confident in his ability to handle my case. I hired him on the spot and now my case is over and I couldn't be happier. Hes amazing, he's phenomenal. His knowledge, his experience is so far above par that its truly impressive to watch him work. I'm so confident in him and his abilities that I recommended him to two friends who got a DUI's who also hired him. He handled their cases with the same professionalism and attention that he did with mine.

He's not an attentive at Th at all. He took the case and our $. Didnt do anything with case after 3yrs with him. He eventually said I'm going to pawn this off to another guy know but you have to give another retainer of $3500. We declined and retain some one else wsho actually helps us out. He didnt care to help us because he was going up Against one of the lawyers he's wanted to be in his boys club. So he didnt want upset the other guy and took our $ And did nothing. They never call you back or forth comingg with info. Absolutely horrible. His staff isn't much help either. So in my eyes he robbed me of $3500 and not a thing was done with my case.
