Anita O’Meara was extremely helpful in when I had a landlord attempt to evict me and cancel my lease because they were renting the property without HOA approval. Anita wrote up the terms for the settlement and the landlord agreed to purchase our lease from us for half the amount she would have paid in HOA fines. All moving costs were covered as well. I couldn’t have expected such a great outcome. I would recommend this firm to family and friends.

Not trustworthy, not even in Coatesville; she uses a museum address as her office and always has to call you back cause she's rarely there! She appeared interested at first, took my money and stopped responding.
