Mr. Wilkov automatically put me at ease when speaking with me today. I was able to discuss some difficult subject matter with him without getting emotional because he was very understanding. He was upfront and honest with me which was appreciated. In the end, his kindness was so much that I did cry because strangers are not usually so good to each other anymore.
