I can’t say enough about attorney CASINI. She is amazing and straight forward. She will forever be my attorney for all the if’s I need legal.

She gave the best advice and was very upfront ,honest , and thorough.

Attorney Casini has been representing me in my child custody case for almost 2 years now. She has been nothing but patient and has helped with every little thing that has popped up. She is passionate, resourceful, knowledgeable, and has amazing qualities that benefit her in the courtroom. She knows exactly what she is doing both in and out of court. I work with lawyers for a living, and Jennifer is definitely in my list of top 10! Her office has recently hired a receptionist who is kind and compassionate and always follows up with phone calls, even though Attorney Casini keeps her plenty busy. I only have great things to say about this firm and the members employed there.

Attorney Casini is the BEST!!!!! I had a super nasty divorce and custody and she literally wiped the floor with the other attorney. I would have been lost without her. She really cares and knows the law. I did consultations with some other attorneys and am so very glad that I picked her! I really didn't think it would turn out as well as it did but she literally made all of my legal dreams come true!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!! A+++

My review is of attorney Jennifer Casini at the Casini & Geibig LLC business. Two of my relatives (my oldest sister and my youngest sister) are customers of Casini in matters of rental property. Casini is a former neighbor of my parents and my youngest sister, as was her father, Pete, who was employed for sometime as the mayor of the borough of South Connellsville. On August 11, 2021, Jennifer M Casini signed (and then filed with the Prothonotary on August 12, 2021) a document titled "Certificate of Service" on which she incorrectly entered the Defendant's address, which resulted in the Defendant not being served by first-class mail with an attached Praecipe for Appearance, and Complaint. Casini did not file the Complaint within 20 days of the Defendant's July 09, 2021 service to the Plaintiff of the Rule to Show Cause, as required by law. The Plaintiff had until July 29, 2021 (20 days after Service by the Defendant to the Plaintiff of the Rule to Show Cause) to file a Complaint. On July 19, 2021, the Plaintiff signed a document for Casini, titled "Verification", but Casini failed to file the complaint by the July 29, 2021 deadline. On August 03, 2021, the Plaintiff filed for an Emergency Protection From Abuse (EPFA) order against the Defendant, in which the Plaintiff requested eviction of the Defendant. The EPFA, and resulting eviction of the Defendant, was denied by the court. The PFA hearing was held the morning of August 11, 2021, and the Plaintiff was denied a PFA order and resulting eviction of the Defendant. The same day, August 11, 2021, Jennifer M Casini signed a Praecipe for Appearance as the Attorney of Record for the Plaintiff. On the following day, August 12, 2021, Casini ignored the 20 day rule to file a complaint and filed 2 weeks (14 days) after the July 29, 2021 deadline. One of the 22-pages of the complaint Casini filed after the deadline for filing, is a screen capture from the Fayette County property search website of property owned by PA Senator Pat Stefano on Ridgeview Drive, Connellsville, PA; printed at 8:38:09 AM August 11, 2021 ( 1 hour and 22 minutes before the August 11, 2021 PFA hearing).

Very good experience overall. I recommend to hire... so much that I even went back to hire her again... Great service and fast results...

I would like to start by saying I never complain but this is needed. I had attorney James Guisek and he never returned calls, you have to call the secretary who then calls him and he calls maybe 2 weeks later after u have kept calling his secretary. There is no number or voicemail to leave for him and he calls you from a private number so that you can’t get a hold of him directly. I was very disappointed with how he set us back in our case and our new attorney stated he did not do things right and now we had to be set back, he would not meet with the client at all. James would act as though he will help but he didn’t. We ended up spending 2000 dollars for nothing, just to turn around and have to get a new attorney. Don’t trust James Guisek because he doesn’t have your best interests. He cares about money and that’s it !
