I cannot recommend the law firm of Morris Wilson Knepp Jacquette more. If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would. After my family was involved in a devastating tragedy, the firm was highly recommended by a trusted friend in the industry. The entire team, especially David and Bob, was our saving grace. Bob and David were both extremely understanding and accommodating to our sensitive situation. Their years of expertise and professionalism shine through in every interaction with them. When my wife was hit by a driver trying to beat a yellow light, the police determined the other driver was at fault both by evidence and witnesses to the accident. When the accident was reported to our insurance company, they told us that irregardless of the police report and witness accounts that they would determine fault. Joshua Knepp is an excellent attorney with the crucial skills to navigate through a very confusing motor vehicle accident. I was dropped from a larger well know firm, stating "It may be my fault" and only having limited tort. Joshua Knepp stepped up and faced the insurance company head on. Not only did he protect me from being charged for something I had no control over, he received a large 6 figure settlement after the insurance company was trying to settle for much less.
