Not only did he know the laws and procedures like the back of his hand, he also did on the spot research to properly explain legal terms to me in a way that was easy to understand. Mr. Carr was very kind and helpful to me, and went out of his way to make himself available when I needed some quick advice from an attorney, He even went as far as being available Sat. morning! Most firms won't offer an ounce of advice until you come in for an appointment, yet Mr. Carr was generous enough to help me determine whether I truly needed his services or not. My elderly father racked up large amounts of debt (reverse mortgage foreclosure, credit cards, property taxes, utilities). He was secretive and would not let others help him in any substantive way.
