Jill Trayer was amazing throughout my 2+ year divorce process. She protected me from myself. Where I wanted to give - she insisted (correctly) that it should be fair. She was especially skilled during the custody portion of the divorce. She made sure our custody agreement was fair and very detailed. It has held up for 10+ years without ever going to court again. I have recommended Jill to anyone in a similar situation. Jill is a strong solid voice in what can become to toughest time in your life - Thank you, Jill T!!!!

Filing for divorce can mark one of the most difficult periods in life. I began that journey just over two years ago after meeting with Jill Trayer and presenting my personal case. I signed with Jill the first day I met her because she immediately demonstrated a quick sense of focus, an attention to detail, controlled compassion and a calm overall demeanor. These were important attributes to me as I was dealing with what I would describe as a highly manipulative and financially deceitful spouse. I wanted representation that would not be distracted with the traditional ‘smoke and mirrors’ tactics and move the process steadily ahead. We were confronted with tactics of delays, non-compliance with requested paperwork, and consistent ‘smoke and mirrors’ defensiveness without any movement toward appropriate settlement whatsoever. Despite this frustration, Jill was able to move us forward to a Magistrate Hearing. While it was both a physically and mentally trying event all around, I admired the way Jill handled the consolidation of some tedious details, veritably on the fly, and in a constrained environment. The negotiation process was draining yet Jill stood our ground with direct responsiveness and refusal to be intimidated. She was prepared with a good pre hearing statement and her 20 plus years experience was an asset in resolution. I was impressed with her ability to wrap it all up succinctly despite the overall tension. I think of Jill Trayer with great and dear appreciation. She provided excellent counsel, honest representation, was always prepared (paperwork, court appearances, etc.), and manages a very responsive and professional support staff. Jill Trayer is an excellent attorney who I found to be a compassionate and sincere person. I remain grateful for her guidance ... every step of the way.

I highly recommend Jill Trayer without hesitation. I retained Jill, almost 2 years ago to represent me in my custody case. My case was a very complex case involving a maternal grandmother. It was a complicated matter and the grandmother was represented by a fancy and expensive law firm, but this by no means intimidated Ms. Trayer. She fought a tremendous fight and it is because of her that my child is now with me. I respect Jill so much for what she's done, but she listens, very smart, compassionate and explains everything. I tried five different attorneys--who for one reason or another did not work out--before I finally hired Jill. My ex takes me to court on a regular basis--even though our divorce was final fourteen years ago. Jill's fees are fair and she is an excellent attorney, but the main reason I continue to use her is her genuine concern for what's best for my child; she does not inflame the situation to make money and treats my child and me respectfully. I am surprised to see I am the first to review her, but her clients seem to be mostly referrals (word-of-mouth). She is well-respected by those in her field, and was recommended to me by another attorney--in addition to a previous client. I highly recommend Jill.
