2018 John G. I had a very complicated custody case going on. I hire Goldman law, my lawyer was Sarah Wess. Ms Wess is very knowledgeable lawyer that cared about my issues. Sarah Wess gave me good advice and she fought hard for me and my children and we won. If I ever need a civil lawyer again I will only hire Sarah Wess. Thank you Ms Wess and Mr Goldman!

Mr. Goldman And Mr.Buchanan are the best in the business. I had a little case and they put me on there top priority, and keep me there the whole time, and most importantly they won my case with ease. Absolutely AMAZING! I was arrested in Lehigh County in January, and was facing nine felony charges, including a weapons enhancement (gun charge). Each charge had a 5 year jail term and $15,000 fine for EACH charge, which could be increased with the weapons charge. I hired the firm (located at 90 State Street in Doylestown, PA) working with Mr. Josh Buchanan, Esq. and Mr. Bill Goldman,Esq (along with their paralegal Valari) to represent me. BEST DECISION I ever made! I followed their sage advice, and was sentenced yesterday in Lehigh court. Mssrs. Goldman and Buchanan had worked behind the scenes with the DA and knew the judges well (are are very well liked by them). Result: They got my charges down to one felony (marijuana possession with ITD), got rid of the weapons enhancement, and I was sentenced to probation only. No jail time, no fines. This result was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The judge LOVED these guys, and would chat and socialize with them when they were in the building. It appeared the DA also loved them, and they were instrumental in getting most of my charges dropped. Not only did they get me the best results possible, they worked with me on making payments and I found their fees reasonable. They stated a single amount for representing me, not charging an hourly rate, so I knew exactly how much I would pay for which services. Every SINGLE time I contacted the office with questions or needing to relay information, they were immediately responsive. Valeri is also extremely knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and very helpful, answering many of my questions. I never waited more than a few hours to speak with someone or have an email or text answered. Mr Buchanan even texted me one evening after a run-in with Allentown PD to check on me. They know the law and they know the strategies to get the best outcomes. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, and would absolutely use them again (hope I don't need to!). Very poor defense team and very greedy with money and if your a brown or black person there very racist and will let you go to trial and lose base on there racist actions the courts county is base truly on racism they only defend only white race of people some one needs to investigate this is serious.

Does not stick you with hidden fees or costs, the fee is disclosed upfront with nothing more expected. Will even get back to you on holidays if necessary. You are in very good hands with him!

I have used Mr Josh Buchanan esquire from Goldman law offices on two separate occasions, and there is a reason I went back for seconds. When I was under joshes care I had not one worry, concern, stress or question that wasn’t answered with prompt and expertise. They took care of everything! My mailing address had changed and there was a few townships that needed to be taken care of and Josh was able to take care of them all with one shot. If I would call and Josh was in court his assistant, Val, answered every question like she was my lawyer too, she knew everything front words and backwards even if it was a legal question that didn’t have anything to do with that particular case. As far as The outcome of that case I couldn’t of had a better situation and I am very grateful. They even set me up on a payment plan so the retainer didn’t feel too much to handle which was very kind and very rare.
