Tom Logan was the best thing that happen to me. He is informative, positive, persistent, and really a great person all the way around. He is flexible and very reasonable. Lets you know straight up and down what can, and not happen, he is about business and make it happen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

The climate is stormy. You are trapped and you can not see a way out of the chaotic mess you have found yourself in. In every direction there is completely unreasonable and seemingly insurmountable opposition. There may be criminal charges to enforce or defend. Adam was a DA. He knows the best options from his real deal past. He will be stern, but he will also bend and work with you. Get your kids on the big Tanker truck with you and roll out to bluer skies with confidence! I was facing criminal abuse charges and total loss of custody of my daughter last Nov and Dec. It was the most gut wrenching and awful time of my life. I got on the Tanker truck and we found a way together. He lives in the storm and he has the experience. You love your children. If there is a way, you will find it together. Make sure you keep calm and behave! That is the hardest thing to do when lighting is striking and trees are falling everywhere, but chilling out and getting your Zen Jedi calm on is more important now than it has ever been in your whole life. I just took my daughter to the beach with me for a long Father's Day Weekend. There is no way I could have seen the possibility of getting the weekend back when those frightening criminal charges were filed against me, but as I worked with Adam, the best course became more and more clear. There is another key to success you have to remember other than being chill. Tell Adam the truth no matter how terrible or embarrassing. Adam has to drive the Tanker back to your home as well. If you don't tell him about the traps that are set for you in your hood from your past, you will crash and burn. The best course is found with trust and honesty. This will be the most difficult time of your life, but if you are honest with Adam, he will get you to where you deserve to be. He got my daughter and I there!

Extremely grateful for Thomas Logan's representation !!! I found Mr Logan by chance when i decided to surrender myself to Bucks county for outstanding warrants dating back several years.. Adam aggressively pursued justice for me in a complicated defense matter. He effectively negotiated with the assistant district attorney to mitigate unsubstantiated charges and dramatically reduce penalties.

In a difficult and complex case involving custody of a minor grandchild and a minor half-sibling, Adam, after having discerned the issues amongst the parties developed a perfect strategy and negotiated a custody order that resulted in our being able to retain primary physical custody of these two grandchildren, removing them from an awful situation in very short order. The kids are with us and they are now safe. We thank him for this. There should be six stars so we could adequately rate him and his legal prowess.

I hired Attorney Tanker to deal with and update an existing custody agreement which had way too many issues due to my former attorney Tanker focuses on the issue and doesn't waste my time and money arguing things that are useless to argue. Having been a former District Attorney for Bucks County he appreciates the court system and knows the personalities, philosophies and intricacies of the judges so he can navigate the process more effectively and efficiently. Staying away from the negative and immovable forces. I get that Mr. Tanker is well liked and respected by the judges and opposing attorneys so they bend and negotiate more and it helps you to get a good outcome. I absolutely hate being in family court but having a good attorney does help a great deal. I was happy that I hired Mr. Tanker and would do so again in the future if necessary.

I hired Adam to modify an existing custody which had a lot of issues. What I most appreciated is that he focuses on the issue and doesn’t get down in the gutter with the opposing attorney. I think he understands the court system and particular judge so he can navigate your issue. I believe he is well respected by the court and other attorneys so they cooperate a little more and it helps you to get a good outcome. Family court is not a nice place but having a good attorney does help a great deal. I do feel like he is a good attorney and will offer you good advice. I was happy that I hired him and I continue to seek advice from him.
