I came to an agreement w/ the other side w/ Charles Winer. I had questions, I didn't understand things. He was very good in the inital meeting. However as time went on and once an agreement was reached he could be bothered. It seemed like he knew what $ he was getting and his job was done. Any additional questions I had or clarification - he could be bothered
