I highly recommend Elissa Goldberg. She recently represented me in my divorce proceedings. Elissa is intelligent, hard-working, and very knowledgeable about family law, but what I believe sets her apart from others in the field is her personal integrity, empathy, and kindness. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help me navigate this troublesome process.

Definitely recommend! Elissa & Willa were super helpful with my name change & made it much less intimidating than it felt when I was looking at doing it on my own. I'm nonbinary and changed my legal name. They always used the right pronouns and only used my birth name when required for documents/court record etc.

Elissa’s office / entire staff is absolutely fantastic! I 💯 felt supported from the moment I called , even when there was a long delay on my end (due to life events I had going on) Elissa’s office really showed true dedication in helping me by checking in. I got into contact with Elissa for my name change. She made this process much easier to navigate. Her and Willa answered any questions I had. They reminded me of things I needed to provide and have and they handeled the paperwork. If changing your name confuses or intimidates you like it did me I highly recommend Elissa!

I reached out to Elissa Goldberg's office to inquire about changing my name legally. She answered all my questions patiently and explained everything about the process to me very clearly. Throughout the entire process, both her and her secretary, Willa, kept me informed and up-to-date and made the whole thing significantly less stressful for me! I've never even been in a courtroom before, and their representative, Rebecca, who was in court with me was friendly, personable, and very professional. I always felt comfortable and welcomed when in their office to sign paperwork, and now they're working with me to finalize my birth certificate as well. My partner and I reached out to Elissa and her team to create a Prenuptial Agreement prior to our upcoming marriage. Elissa very quickly the drafted the document and sent it to me for my review. Needless to say I had a lot of questions. On a phone conversation, Elissa very clearly explained to me the parts of the document that I did not understand. In addition, Elissa worked with my partners Attorney to create the final document which was acceptable to both myself and my partner. Since I provided a retainer, I received periodic mailings clearly showing hours billed. I was always in the loop. My thanks to Elissa, Willa and Messina for all their help!
