I was arrested and jailed by New Hope PD for driving under the influence of drugs. I had consumed no alcohol or drugs and there was no evidence of such. Compulsory blood and toxicology tests eventually would prove my innocence. Not only did Mr. Klein believe my version but he got all charges dismissed including bogus traffic violations used to establish probable cause for the initial stop. When other lawyers wanted $5,000 retainers Ellis charged a very reasonable fee for what he did. Thank you Ellis.

After speaking with several other attorneys that I was considering I contacted Mr. Klein. I immediately knew that he was different than the rest. Ellis B. Klein took my case with multiple driving offenses and had won my case with getting pleaded down to non driving offense with no points. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I met Mr. Ellis Klein for getting a hefty ticket for turning away from a school bus while it had the red lights on. He fought for me very skillfully, first with the police and then the judge. The judge was on-board with his logical reasoning. The judge understood that the message was well understood to me about this traffic rule and took away all the charges. I came out with no points and no license suspension, and I would like to thank Mr. Klein for this efficient handling of the case.

I’m so thankful we hired Ellis! I got a speeding ticket (hadn’t been pulled over in about 20 years) and found the process so overwhelming. I reached out to Ellis, and he responded almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the process, and made it all so much easier and less stressful. He was successful in getting my violation substantially reduced so I didn’t get any points on my license and had the fine reduced. I’d highly recommend Ellis for any legal needs!

I had the pleasure of having Mr Klein represent me. Because I’ve never experienced issues with driving, Mr Klein made it very easy to relay on. Being that I live out of state having him represent me put me at ease. Because I wouldn’t have had time to go back and forth from New York and be at work all at the same time.
