I hired Mr. Klein for a DUI case. He was extremely helpful with my case. He took the time to meet with me before my preliminary hearing and explained every step of the process and all possible outcomes. He was patient with all of my questions and concerns. Before my final hearing with the judge, he explained again all possible outcomes. It’s very clear that he’s handled many cases and knows that each case is different. He was kind and respectful to both me and my husband, as we had no idea what to expect. I would recommend him to any friend or family member who is facing something similar.

If it hadn't been for Ellis who pointed out that I was at risk for amassing points on my license and a subsequent increase in my insurance rate, I would never have thought to contest my moving violation charge. Ellis and his office staff made everything simple. One phone call and all my questions were answered. Ellis even pointed out that if my points were reduced my fine would also be less. But best of all I didn't have to appear in court. Thanks to Ellis' expertise and knowledge of the system, no points were awarded to me and my insurance company was not notified of my moving violation. Trust me, Ellis is the one to call if you get a traffic violation.
