Superior, professional service with a great office staff

Bob and his staff have gone out of their way to be helpful and compassionate as we have gone through difficult times. We could not be more pleased with the way he has helped us with custody issues as well as the way he assisted a family member in divorce proceedings. Bob is realistic and understanding. We cannot say enough about this firm!

Talks a very very good game but always caves to the opposing counsel. likes to drag things out to maximize the amount of billable hours and will give you a "freebie" once in a while and focus on the fact that they did. Divorce and custody is already an emotional and stressful time and they know how to manipulate your emotions to send more emails to and create billable work. They present themselves very well but do not know how to handle custody/divorce appropriately and will not fight for you. they are all about the money. Robert charges an astonishing $375 an hour which is 25% higher than the standard. Meghan charges $285 an hour. I was able to negotiate a slightly reduced rate but that was after firing them and they basically begging to take them back. After interviewing a bunch of other lawyers I was told my case was completely misrepresented and would have been handled completely differently if they represented me. THIS ORGANIZATION WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS DO NOT USE THEM.
