Ms. Webster is nothing short of outstanding. She is clearly knowledgeable and successful in this field because she is so excellent at what she does; however, she surpasses being great at what she does by going above and beyond as a human being. Not only did she take the time to help me as my lawyer, but she also went above and beyond by being kind to me as a person. For example, it may seem small, but even allowing me to get to know her dog helped me feel at ease during a very stressful time and day, and it is one small example of the ways in which she demonstrated that she is a caring human being, not just a cut-throat lawyer. Sara is a veteran lawyer, obviously highly respected in the courthouse and around town, as you can note when you walk around with her - and all for good reason. Thank you, Sara, for your authenticity, helpfulness, professionalism, and expertise.

Nothing short of amazing. Sara Webster delivered big-time in my case and believed in me when I had given up on myself. She negotiated the seemingly impossible in a very strong prosecutorial case against me. She negotiated my freedom. I am not an inmate because of her determination, skill and ability to navigate the criminal justice system on my behalf. Oprah doesn’t have anything on Sara when it comes to insight, passion, natural curiosity, charm and an interest in others, especially her clients and their welfare. By all objective standards incarceration was looming large & almost a foregone conclusion in my case. Priors, mandatory minimums, a very strong case by the prosecution coupled with my unwillingness to cooperate in my own defense made my case difficult. I knew this. When I searched for an attorney, I was seeking mitigation at best with the least amount of time I’d have to serve as the goal. Of course, the reputation, experience and skill of counsel matter greatly. Intangibles matter as much to me. I found Sara Webster and others on the NORML website and proceeded to further my research. Sara immediately stood out. Kindness matters in all things great and small, and her participation in organizations that enhance all life globally and locally, as well as her outstanding public service and other affiliations for the betterment of the community and the world towered over other attorneys immediately, starkly and exclusively. Within seconds of our initial phone conference, I knew I had found my advocate. Before I could even finish with the details of my case, she accurately filled in the blanks and added positive spins I hadn’t considered. She gave me glimmers of hope that she kept radiating for the duration of my case in spite of the odds against me. Having had experience with criminal attorneys in similar matters outside of PA gave me more perspective as to what a gem she truly is. Her first-class staff is a reflection of her and they are attentive, responsive, responsible and kind to the core. Good people attract and keep other good people. Without her skill in developing relationships, navigating the judicial system, charming and disarming the prosecution, gracefully engaging the toughest judge in the courthouse, I would likely be little more than roadkill. During continuances, I witnessed days and days of heavy handed, cringe-worthy sentences and prepared for the worst. Instead, she negotiated an alternative to incarceration. Understating it, I am still in shock and disbelief I am grateful to Sara Webster, Esq. for making this happen. It wasn’t supposed to, but it did. If you need a great lawyer you’d be wise to retain Sara. Part of retaining a great attorney is to be brutally honest (especially with yourself), direct and detailed without being histrionic or unrealistic. Know what you want and be concise and succinct. Your attitude, respect, trust and participation has a direct correlation to the kind of partnership you develop with a good attorney. All criminal attorneys cost money and you usually get what you pay for. In my case, I got more than I invested, but that is a matter of perspective for every individual. If money is the be-all and end-all in your life, it will overshadow your view of your representation and the outcome, however positive it may be and it will affect your relationship. This is coming from someone of extremely limited means and a caring family where sacrifices were made to ensure great counsel. It was worth it. What’s the tag on freedom anyway?

Sara Webster handled my teenager's difficult journey through the juvenile justice system, protecting her rights and getting the system to work for US, rather than our being overwhelmed and at the mercy of the system. She told us all our options at every step, guiding us so we made choices that we could live with and were in my daughter's best interests now and for her future. Pushing the process of law beyond conventional thinking is not a common practice in today's legal profession. Setting precedents is not an everyday occurrence. Following standard operating procedure is not exactly Sara Webster's strong suit. Getting the best possible outcome is. I know because I have benefited greatly from it on more than one occasion. In the courtroom, the more there is at stake, the more critical it becomes to have an advocate who knows the law inside and out, can think on their feet and adapt on the spot. Sara Webster knows when to be conventional and when it is time to be unorthodox. I, for one, am much better off for it. Perhaps a more telling endorsement is that in the midst of all the constant shuffling in today's courtroom, other lawyers stop their bustling and pay close attention when Ms. Webster is making her case. It is something to behold when other clients turn to their lawyers and ask if that approach would work for them. No one can really predict how his or her attorney is going to perform in court until it happens. That's the moment of truth. There are those who follow standard operating procedure to the letter and move on to their next client. Then there is Sara Webster.
