He made sure my daughter understand everything he took his time . He went to see her and my daughter cried while speaking to him she only 15 and she never showed any emotion to anyone . I’ve worked in the legal field for 9 years so it was upsetting to be on “the other side.” And that is when a colleague referred me to Mr. Logan. It was a Saturday, and I was incredibly blessed to have Mr. Logan on my side. I made one call and he made my problematic legal issue go away. Let me tell specifically why I knew I was in good hands. I was so scared and he made a joke on our initial conversation and I laughed. Professional attorney, knowledgeable, great communication, responsiveness, patience, great listening skills, 100%. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Absolutely. I knew I was going to be okay. Mr. Logan is so thorough I was a so upset, yet, he put my Mom and I at ease at hello. Tom obtained the best possible result for me on my DUI. My case could very easily gone the other way, but Tom got me into ARD by persistently and skillfully negotiating with the District Attorney and the attorney for the victim of my accident. I could not be more satisfied.

I was beyond scared of the consequences of my 5 DUI's over the span of 20 years. Tom was honest with me from the start about how difficult my case was going to be. I found Tom online and I genuinely feel like he was a gift from my Higher Power. I am a mother of 3 and found myself drinking too much and unfortunately got a DUI. It was so out of character for me and a sign of a real drinking problem. Tom was able to get me ARD and have the offense expunged. It was the best outcome I could have possibly gotten. More than his amazing work to help me legally, Tom was so kind and never once shamed me for my terrible situation. He was attentive and personal and just a genuine human.
