I have had the opportunity to work with Penglase and Benson on several matters. John Benson is an excellent litigator! He did a phenomenal job representing me in a civil matter. I live 7 hours away and it was like I were in the office at the firm. I was referred to John Benson to assist with handling my uncle’s estate from start to finish. While working with John, I mentioned an incident that had happened with my father, whom I had lost just 3 months prior to my uncle. This was an injury he incurred when temporarily out of his home, which I believed was negligent and lead to a lot of pain, suffering and subsequently, death. John was intrigued enough by my opinion of what had transpired, that he offered to look through my large file I had accumulated to see if I had a case. He reviewed all my documents/photos and contacted me and said he was willing to take on my case. The most important thing to me was to make sure what happened to my father didn’t happen to someone else. John believed in me but more importantly he believed in my Dad and what he went through. He worked hard for many months on my case and always responded quickly to my emails and calls following up with new information or questions. So if you are in need of a lawyer, do yourself a favor and meet with John. I found him to be very personable, professional but more than anything he genuinely cared about defending my Dad and that meant the world to me.

Words can't even describe all the hard work Craig did for us. This man is very professional, committed to his clients and will go out of his way for his clients and their family, and he isn't about money whatsoever.
