Mr Winebrake and his associate Ms Tolodziecki have been very helpful during this process, and have made themselves very available to me. The firm returns calls in a timely fashion, sometimes within seconds! They have great knowledge of the type of laws concerning my case. They are also very thoughtful and sensitive while explaining the legal process, how the laws pertain to my case and the decisions that need to be made going forward. I can’t even put into words except this; not only did they help me and my mother get the money that we were owed but they gave me a sense of my worth.
