My experience with Spitale Vargo Madsen & Blair Law attorneys was excellent in my custody. My attorney, Lisa gave me attention that was needed. One day popped up 2 days till court. They were ready. I was a mess and probably not the easiest client. It's still on going, so far their successful in court has been outstanding. I was referred by another attorney who has retired. He was a calming and confident that I was in good hands. He nailed it.. I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received by this firm. I thank you all.

and since I'm not rich I contacted Michael Vargo to get some information on fighting another Law Firm that claimed I didn't pay the Palmer Township taxes and that had put a lien on my property. He was kind and more than just understanding after I showed him the receipts of having paid those taxes...he was honest with me. First he said that if this will get resolved with a phone call and a couple of faxes, he won't charge me...yeah! But he also told me straight up about he worst case scenario... If they will fight this in court, I will incur lawyer fees from him and possibly the other party and ultimately it might be cheaper for me just to pay the $1583 they ask for (keep in mind this is for a $371 tax bill). It really isn't fair for someone living In Palmer Township to have to pay the taxes twice, or in my case 4.3 times.

At the start of my case I was very unsure how things would proceed. Lawyer Spitale laid everything out in our first meeting. She was very to the fact of what will happen and what could happen. Everything she explained in fact presented itself sooner or later. She is a fair and direct Lawyer- meaning she will tell you the things you do not want to hear-but on the other end already have options on how to go about your business in the best way for you and your case. She understands people and does her best to relay what's best for you. Thank you again.

I found myself in an unexpected situation which brought much unrest to my life. Mr Blair took care of the problem! I'm greatly appreciative that I chose him to represent me.

I paid a $2500 retainer to Tyree Blair to represent me in my divorce/custody case. In a year Mr Blair accomplished nothing except to get my case transferred to Northampton County. I fired Mr Blair and requested he return my retainer less the cost of transferring my case. MR BLAIR REFUSES TO RETURN MY RETAINER. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING! DON'T HIRE HIRE HIM.
