I was charged with a second offense DUI and Mr. Madsen was able to greatly reduce the charges. He made the entire process relatively simple and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend him to any friends facing a similar situation.

I spoke with him initially for a consult and he felt i needed an attorney more familiar with my area and recommended another lawyer to me who turned out to be phenomenal! I personally was extremely impressed at his honesty, to be able to say as an attorney that they might not be able to accomplish what's needed for your situation and then on top of it recommend one that can speaks extremely high volumes for him in my personal opinion!! If your thinking of contacting him I say DO IT! You cant go wrong ,you will definitely get honesty and thats very important! He came highly recommended to me to begin with,and although it went no further then a few minutes on the phone I cant say enough how impressed I was,I had 2 lawyers that told me they could help me with the same situation that I called Madsen about and all that came out if it was a waste of my time and a significant amount of money..just wasted!! Madsen law office could of easily done the same and instead did the opposite, I cant stress enough how important that is and should be when making a decision to contact an attorney, to know you are not going to get a run around and will be speaking to one that is going to be honest about being able to fulfill your legal needs..whatever that need might be! Also again the attorney he did recommend for me to contact was phenomenal...and was able to accomplish what seemed like to be an impossible outcome!

Reached out for a time sensitive issue I needed help with. Couldn't even take the time to answer an email. This review is probably 2-3 weeks from my request for information. If they can't handle an email system, I don't know why you'd expect them to be any good, but I wouldn't

I hired Mr. Madsen for a traffic ticket I received in Easton. He made sure I got no points and was reasonably priced. I would hired him again but hope to not have to!

James represented me in a unemployment compensation appeal. I had been terminated by my employer for a pre-textual reason. The referee decided against me at the hearing but Mr. Madsen filed a lengthy appeal on my behalf and the appeals court granted my benefits. I also ended up receiving a large check for back-pay. He was knowledgable and really cares about his clients. He was also quick to respond to any questions I had, even when they may have seemed trivial. I cannot thank him enough for his help. The most appropriate word that would best describe Mr. Madsen is phenomenal!! I was discharged by my employer for questionable reasons, and was left without pay for over two months. I was at the end of my rope, and decided to try an attorney for the appeals process. I'm so glad I did. Madsen is experienced, knowledgeable, and was there every step of the way. Needless to say he won my UC case. I don't recommend anyone attending an unemployment hearing without an experienced attorney like Mr. Madsen.
