Best. Outcome. Ever.
No loss of license, no work release, and, moreover, no JAIL TIME at NCP's Finest ... and I was facing 2 years - Paul got that plead down at the initial trial to 90-days ... still a mandatory-minimum - possibly work release [we appealed] ... Paul was able to get my case on the DA's radar [as there were a multitude of mitigating circumstances], and he was able to resolve via the Best. Outcome. Ever!! If you're in a jam - and a lot of us are at some point in life, there's no better attorney than Paul Aaroe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

I can't say enough about the tenacity, professionalism, and resolve Paul Aaroe has for his clients - and will have for you and your case ... I know, obviously firsthand. We went to a district court trial, then a plea to Northampton County [driving under suspension, DUI related - 3rd offense, albeit, the first two were from 2000-2001, and the 3rd stemmed from a chemical refusal 3.5 years ago] ... anyway, long story short, after multiple continuances - Paul could have just shut it down, said 'Donnie, your not getting better than 90 days work release, pal, accept if - you were initially facing 2 years] ... BEST. OUTCOME. EVER. No Jail, No work release and no loss of license [albeit, there were many mitigating circumstances in my case] Paul Aaroe will do everything possible to get you the best resolution to your case. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I'm 40 years old, have 2 sons - a nice house, work from home, coach baseball ... live an average, middle-class American everyday life ... and it was almost all ended - due to a traffic stop via a license-plate read. And I was actually GUILTY of said charge. I was driving under suspension, DUI related.
However, there were multiple mitigating circumstances ... I hadn't been in a stick of trouble in 18 years, was the stop valid, why was the license suspended ... I could go on and on about the case, I won't. What I will elaborate on is the fact that Mr. Paul Aaroe is not in it for the 'paycheck'. He's not going to simply take your retainer fee / attorney compensation, do the paperwork and get you a basic 'plea'. Paul Aaroe is an attorney that will get to know his client, your case / personality, etc. and will steadfastly stay on top of your case per getting the best resolution .. and this is with 100% truth-be-told - as I’m sitting in my living writing this, if not for attorney Aaroe, I'd be in NCP's finest].
So, my story: we had our trial at the district court in March 2017, I was facing a 2 year county stint for driving under suspension DUI related 3rd offense, albeit, the first 2 were from 2001, and the 3rd was from a chemical refusal [in 2014]. I was then pulled over in October 2017 from a license-check plate read. Paul suggested I plea out to a driving under suspended DUI related 1st offense, instead of 2 years, I'd only face 90 days ... UGH 90 days, and attorney Aaroe could have ended it right there, and I'd have been dismayed, but 90 days is obviously better than 2 years ... BUT, it didn't end there ... he said we'd appeal ... March 2018 - appeal number 1 in June, nothing resolved, continued {Paul could have simply said, listen, Don, you went from 2 years to 90 days work release, be grateful ... he didn't, he stuck by me and was confident he'd get a much better resolution] ... another continuance in July, which the Judge vehemently said "no more continuances" ... again, Paul could have easily pled this out to a 90 day work release ... he didn't - he worked and worked to get the case on the DA's radar ... and then, he called me ... "Don", he says, "are you having a good day" [in a most disparaging of tones - as he knew he had GREAT news, but just wanted to make me think about it ] ... TRUE STORY ... and I said, well, not sure Mr. Aaroe I'll be having a really shi#@y day, or a most wonderful day since you're calling me regarding the DA's decision ... $200 fine, no loss of license, end of story ...
Paul could have easily had me plea to a 90 day work release and sent me up s@#%t's creek months ago [and that's WAY BETTER an outcome than 2 years in County prison], instead, he diligently fought to get my case / our facts - disposition, etc. on the District Attorney's radar [Paul will at the very least get your plea heard … and in my case, he was extremely diligent and very successful] in laying out the facts, going to bat for his client / my case, and now I can continue raising my sons, coaching their baseball / football teams, doing homework, getting them ready for school in the morning, etc. AND, moreover, I didn't even lose my Driver's License [1501a ... anyone reading this will probably know what that is, if you don't it'll be your best friend]. If you're in a jam, and a lot of us are, there's no better an attorney that will fight for you tooth and nail for the best possible resolution for your case than Paul Aaroe. I'm now out of the system, and will NEVER get back in there. Thanks to Attorney-At-Law Mr. Paul Aaroe. Forever thanks for not settling, but sticking by me, and getting the best resolution for me and my family. Sincerely ... DF

This guy is great at putting criminals back on the road. You think your family is safe because someone got a dui and won't drunk drive anymore? WRONG! This dude puts your family back at risk. Money is the motive, rather than helping the public he decided to take money and make it more dangerous on the road. Hope he enjoys his special place in hell, or has fun realizing he's a colossal piece of human trash. Best of luck in your practice!!! I know there's a LOT of dirt bag drunk drivers out there looking for your dirt bag help.

Paul Aaroe is a great attorney. He was very responsive to my email, phone calls, and any concern that I contacted him with. His staff is great and very professional. I think it’s important that people hear just what he did for me, because a bad attorney would have taken my money and tried to get me to plead to a lesser charge. That would have been the easy way out, because I was put in a difficult situation, with limited options, and everyone involved knew it. But the easy way out was not what I needed, I knew that, and Paul knew that. I needed the system to actually work. I needed justice, I was innocent. I am glad that I put my life and freedom in Paul’s hands. I am an out of towner and I was given a DUI on my way home from work to the airport, because an officer didn’t like the way my eyes looked during his roadside test. Living out of state, I guess they figured it would be an easy charge, so even after a breathalyzer and blood test, both of which were negative, I was still charged with DUI. Actually, what I needed was medical assistance, and because of the officer’s lack of education, I now have to live with constant pain. All I wanted to do was go home from work, and instead, I was given a DUI, because of a medical emergency. My story could have been easily validated at the time, but all the officer wanted to do was arrest me. He didn’t listen to anything I said. I lost my job in Pennsylvania because of this, and I have 7 people that I take care of. My life was ruined, and I almost lost everything, including my home. In fact, I may still lose my home. It only took one uneducated officer a couple of hours to take everything away from me and my family, but it’s going to take me a long time to rebuild it. Paul was able to give me back part of my life back. Now I can start to rebuild my life, without having to worry about bogus charges that never should have been made. My family and I will be forever grateful for his service. My injury from being in the officer’s custody may never go away, but at least the charges did. Thank you, Paul, it’s easy for simple minded people to criticize what you do when they only see things through one point of view. Keep doing what you are doing. God Bless!
