Very helpful, caring and understanding from beginning to end.

Referred Tim to a friend that found themselves in a precarious legal predicament due to some stupid choices they made. Tim was so straightforward and honest, that he informed the friend that it would not benefit them to engage his services. Friend really appreciated being informed that engaging services for that predicament would not be of benefit. Even if Tim can’t legally protect someone from their own stupid decisions, he will still look out for their wallet.

I went to Tim very desperately. He and his team were amazing from start till finish! He’s affordable and reliable. His secretary and paralegals are awesome. The communication was always on point. I already recommended this team to a few people. And I will continue to do so!! Thanks guys!

My fiancé and I decided to retain Tim for a federal case, after literally calling everyone in the Lehigh valley he felt most comfortable with Tim’s law firm. Despite my decision to find a Philadelphia lawyer due to the severity of the case assuming this was the better option (it wasn’t) tim would have certainly did the job if not better for a fraction of the cost . After my fiancé was sentenced tim didn’t hesitate to stay in contact to see how things went when he was no longer active on the case.. However after sentencing my fiancés lawyer went MIA and me and him were essentially desperate to file post sentencing motions. With the high level of integrity Tim took our phone calls and picked up where we left off. Extremely proactive and responsive , Tim and his office have been top tier since we reached back out. (Despite my disrespectful efforts at points) Especially at such a vulnerable time, we were shown nothing but compassion for our situation and that in itself gets a 10/10 .

This was my lawyer Tim in my case and I had a pretty bad case of some accusations that made me false and the lawyer did a great job of proving my innocence I recommend him, he is an excellent lawyer and his work team is very good, I am very grateful to them because his job is exactly.

I hired Tim as a private attorney few years ago regarding a case with Dr. Jensen that I was going through. I tried telling him several times about Dr. Jessen history, I even provided proof of how terrible this woman was and what she did to families in NY, as well as FL. Not only do I feel like he didn’t care he didn’t listen. I provided not one, 2 different opinions from 2 different doctors regarding marks that were left on my child from the children’s Hospital at cedar crest. Those marks were blamed on myself and 2 different doctors confirmed they weren’t in fact from me. My daughter also had prior medical conditions. While in her mother’s womb she was diagnosed with IRGU, when her mother gave birth to her both her and her mother had meningitis at time of birth, along with other conditions. I proved all this proof upon hiring Tim. It’s an absolute disgrace to see he is now all of a sudden interested in helping families whom have been affected by this woman and the child advocacy center at LVHN. It seems like now because there’s the possibility of financial gain and fame it matters. The trauma so many families have gone through because of these people shouldn’t be anyone’s financial gain. That’s exactly what’s going on here. Stay away from this law firm they only care about the money involved that they can gain off of your traumas!! This firm sees dollars signs that’s all they care about.

Mr. Prendergast is a very straightforward man and definitely gets you the best outcome possible. He helped me in a short and distressing time frame and successfully helped better my situation overall . Very much appreciative to Mr. Prendergast and his team.
