Attorney Pendergrast represented my son for a 3rd DUI charge. He was looking at a 1-7 year state prison sentence. Attorney Tim applied for every program possible and patiently explained our options. He never gave up. He treated my family with respect and was by my son’s side at every court appearance. In the end my son received a 50/50 sentence (6 months work release/6 months house arrest). My family is very grateful for his hard work and tenacity.

Talks a lot, tells a lot of stories, makes a lot of promises. In my case, none of it was true, in fact a lot of it were straight up lies. I can not reccomend him.

I hired Tim for a first offense dui. It took over 18 months of him continuing court for my case to finally end in ARD. Waste of money. And he was rude when I called for updates. Do not recommend.
