I just have advice for the older lady at the front desk treat everybody same and treat everybody as a human being because when we walk in to this place, we are going to spend money. It was first time visiting this place and it's a last time.✌️ Of course you don't know me because it was my first visit to see an attorney and she said we don't represent you so we cannot help you.

He got right to work on my case from day one. He always stayed in close contact with me about everything. Got the outcome that we were looking for . I would highly recommend him. Great service all around.

Unremarkable experience which was disappointing seeing as she was recommended by a lawyer I’ve used before. Didn’t seem willing to go to bat for me, generally abrasive, and I believe she hung up on me to boot. It was “you need to bring this” instead of “here’s what we can do to solve the problem.” Why hire a lawyer anyways at that point? She was responsive to messages though and called back in a timely manner.

John was very understanding and easy to work with. He discussed all details with me very thoroughly and ended up getting my charged dropped. Thank you John!

John Carlson handled my case in a truly prompt and professional manner. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in need of legal counsel. He got on my case right away and not only kept in touch with me through all of this, but always got right back to me whenever I had a question about anything with my case. He truly took alot of stress off an already stressful situation with his honesty and professionalism. John Carlson was recommended to me by a long lasting friend who is an Erie police officer for almost 30 years. I asked him "If you ever needed a lawyer, who would you choose?" He said without hesitation John Carlson. My friend also said that's who most of the cops he knows would use as well. I am so glad I went with John! Even though my case wasn't that exciting or time consuming, I felt that he never treated me any less. I was ALWAYS informed about every step in the process. He was on top of everything. I was also impressed with they way he worded himself on my behalf when filing paperwork. As a bonus, it was nice to see the respect he got everywhere we went.
