I met Justin in the courthouse asking for directions and weeks later found myself tirelessly seeking a criminal defense attorney for my caregiver. He is just as nice and helpful when you meet him as he was when I had no idea who he was when I asked for directions. Justin goes out of his way, telling you the truth, not what you want to hear and will fight to achieve the goal you are seeking. He is not only Erie’s top Criminal Justice Attorney but a caring concerned man who isn’t afraid to go up against anyone, cities, anyone who uses Justin can be assured he will fight for you with his extensive knowledge of the law, he’s been a former prosecutor, knows all the court system and will definitely put you at ease. You never can predict the outcome of any situation, but Justin will guide you through the most scary time in your family’s life like a friend, not just someone who called his office, only to find out his webpage had been spoofed and directed my call to another law office. He was able to get information about his profile and how I was tricked into thinking he was “never available”, when he actually answers his own phone, or has a service answe his calls and he returns his calls very quickly. I won’t use any other attorney in Erie, thank you Justin your one great attorney in a town that had tons of attorneys but nobody calls back, well he does and meets you, he had me in his office in less than 24 hours after our phone conversation and had already found the case on the docket, studied it, and had a plan of action ready when I met with him at his office for a free consultation! Don’t go into court without consulting Justin Pangehtti!

Justin is outstanding in his understanding of criminal cases in Erie and how to best handle them. My case involved 2 misdemeanors and a summary offense that happened during a medical episode where I had no idea of what I was doing. Justin looked at the 100+ pages of medical information I provided him and he explained that although that was the circumstance the incident still happened. Although I was never physically arrested charges were filed. While I was ready to have doctors come to testify, Justin reassured me that was the “Hail Mary” if we needed it. The day of the preliminary hearing Justin spoke to the officer beforehand and I don’t believe he mentioned the medical issue but he and the officer agreed that I have a clean history so the incident was reduced to the lowest summary offense. Justin also spoke with the Judge and the lowest possible fine was imposed. Justin’s preliminary work, history in the Erie criminals courts and most importantly his communication with me throughout the process has made me completely dismiss the notion that lawyers are evil. I never in my life would have thought I would need a criminal lawyer, but unfortunate circumstance can happen to anyone. If you find yourself in one of these circumstances do yourself a favor and talk with Justin.

hired Justin for my drug case was looking to 2-4 yrs in state prison and have 10 felonies on my record. Justin was very helpful very knowledgeable and new what they had done wrong. he was able to get all my felonies dropped and ended up with an ungraded felony by a plea deal without going to trial. he is an excellent attorney and would recommend to anyone for any case. my father was also very greatful for what he had done and what he knew and how he helped me thru all of it. Hired justin for both of my drug cases, was looking at a year or two in prison. Justin got it dropped to summary offenses and i walked away both times with just a paraphernalia charge and small fines. Highly recommend for drug cases dude knows what hes doing
