Landed into legal trouble. McCormick handled my case. Really nice person. Explains every detail with patience. On time available for all hearings. Good in handling case. Highly recommend for anyone. My personal thanks once again to this brother like.

I would highly recommend Chad Vilushis. He seemed to genuinely care about me and defending me. His communication with me was great. I was looking at long jail time and I got off pretty easy on my charges and no jail time at all. You wont go wrong with him 😊

Chad Vilushis has represented me multiple times over the years and for multiple reasons. I could not have been happier with the representation that Chad Vilushis provided for me. If you are not familiar with the legal system in Pennsylvania Chad will go over all options and Before going through with any type of procedure Chad would give me a thorough explanation of what sequence of actions would occur and what would be expected …There was times where I was not completely satisfied or in agreance with Chad and he would say listen "you gotta trust me" and if I swallowed my own pride and stopped over thinking the situation and just trusted what Chad was saying, he was right, extremely knowledgeable and intelligent about Pa law. His office staff are professional and courteous to both myself and my family. McCormick & Vilushis are the TOP Law office I would recommend using when you find yourself in a D.U.I. Situation! On March 10, 2019...I had been pulled over going in the wrong direction on Peach St. in downtown Erie as this is a one way but no sign to indicate so where I pulled out onto Peach St. I didn’t realize the police were behind me until I pulled up to a red light on Cherry Street in which I immediately noticed their flashing lights and sirens. I was then arrested for a D.U.I and I needed a superior Lawyer and I am newer to the Erie area so I had no idea where to start and who to choose for a lawyer. I Googled all Lawyers in the area and I was stumped on whom to choose to handle my case. I called all my relatives in the Erie area and I was highly recommended to check out “McCormick & Vilushis” by one relative as he had used them. I’ve heard so many awful things about Lawyers in the past and how they will charge you by the minute every time you need to call them with questions. Even emails would cost you! This what not the case with Chad Vilushis in which he was the Lawyer I choose for this D.U.I. charge! Chad Vilushis set a very reasonable fee to get me to the Preliminary Hearing. He was able to have the Court drop all traffic charges (which there were A Lot!!) and stick with just the D.U.I. Charge at the Preliminary Hearing. There was one more small fee in order for Chad to request the Court/Prosecution to grant me Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (A.R.D.).....in which the Court accepted me into their Pennsylvania A.R.D. Program!!! Two fees total by this law firm and VERY reasonable!!! I could call, email and even stop in to meet with Chad by appt. when I needed him. Chad was always there for me and never took long to get back to me if he was out of the office. When I originally met Chad for the first time to discuss my Police Criminal Complaint and my scenario, Chad told me exactly what I was going to be looking at, as far as the different possibilities that could happen to me and the possible outcomes he could provide for me. He did exactly what he said he could do and didn’t beat around the bush about anything. He is a straight forward guy and very trustworthy!! He gets the Job Done and gets it done right! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome...even though my list of charges went on for 4 pages on my Police Criminal Complaint! This was the first time I’ve ever been arrested and I was petrified and didn’t know what was to come. Chad was very good about telling me what I could face and how he could help. He is the go-to Lawyer in Erie, PA or even surrounding areas! If you’re ever in a D.U.I scenario, I 100% suggest you go with Chad Vilushis @ McCormick & Vilushis! Best of Luck to anyone ever put in the situation! It’s a terrible thing to happen but will make you learn to never drink and drive again.
