Great service, my wife and I had wills and advance directives completed in a timely and caring manner . Adam and Kathy were very kind and understanding with such difficult topics and you felt like family. Very reasonable fee structure for what you get. Quality and service are what they are all about.

I had personally used Adam for years no complaints. Got passed off to his associate. Very poor service. Didn’t get back to me in a timely fashion. Grossly over charged me for the services I received. My car was burglarized in their parking lot. Paid my bill told them I wouldn’t being doing business them in the future. Thought I would get a phone call to inquire to my complaint. Guess they don’t care...guess spending a couple thousand over the years doesn’t make me important enough. That’s ok there’s a lot of other good attorneys in Erie. Moving on...

I'm a member of the Erie Apartment Association. They have an arrangement with Adam Williams where any member can call him if we have a question related to real estate law. Weeks ago, I called, spoke with the secretary and explained the matter. She told me someone would call me back within the next 48 hours. I never received that call.

Let me start by saying Williams and Jorden have fantastic office staff. When you call their firm, you will get to talk to a live person. Unlike a lot of offices where you get to talk to automation and a machine. They all were so friendly, kind, and caring. I had a very complicated and tricky family law situation that needed dealt with. My main attorney was Andrew Smith. Drew (He prefers Drew) is very friendly but professional, polite, and most important very knowledgeable. He always returned emails and phone calls very promptly. He genuinely cares about you as a person when you are his client. On a few occasions I also had the pleasure of working with one of the owners of the firm Adam Williams (Because Drew was busy out of town with other clients.) Adam, despite being one of the founders of the firm treated me like family, not just "another client". He also was very kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. If you have any kind of family law matter that needs handled, no matter how complex (mine was very complicated.) don't even hesitate to contact them. I can't recommend them enough. Even their fees are very reasonable in comparison to other firms in the area. If I could give them 1 million stars I would.
