After receiving a license suspension letter in the mail I was researching for a lawyer to present my case and help me fight for my rights that were about to be taken away. This would not only effect my life but that of my family, my job, and the people who depend on me. Doug Sullivan genuinely listened and cared and proved why he is the ONLY ONE who would agree to take my case of the MANY other lawyers refusing. I spoke with him and explained the events leading to this and he was immediately willing to take my case after we spoke. He IS the best person & lawyer! He was understanding, kind, knowledgeable, committed and dependable and he addressed all my questions and concerns, including being honest and upfront of the possible outcomes even if it wasn’t easy to hear. I am so RELIEVED and PROUD to say, he was my advocate in the courtroom and I was able to be heard and it would of not been possible if I attempted to take it on my own. This morning I was exhausted and terrified about my court sentence and tonight, I am relieved and much lighter thanks to Eric Hackwelder. I could not recommend a better attorney than Mr. Sebald. He was upfront from the get. My son's charges were dropped from 12 to 3 and he was looking at serving a lengthy jail sentence but was given electronic monitoring! Though Steve doesn't sugar coat anything, he is a very very compassionate man and he let's you know that he cares about you and your situation. Steve was always there through the entire process, if we needed to talk to him, he was there!! Not 1 time did we worry because we didn't know what was going on with the case. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire attorney Justin Smith. He is truly a beast in the court room! My loved one was facing jail time for a probation violation. (These cases aren’t very easily won - and I can say the DA & his PO did not give in and fought hard against Mr. Smiths case for him to be released) Attorney Smith didn’t back down, and not only did he fight the violation, he got the entire case thrown out! I will forever be grateful for him and the hard work that he put in for us. This man belongs in a court room and I’ll forever recommend him to anyone looking for representation! Also, I have to give Attorney Hackwelder a great review as well. He was our original attorney for this case from the start (four years ago) and he was nothing short of amazing! Attorney Justin Smith is hands down the best. He is well known in the court room and presents himself very well. He was always there when I had a question or was worrying about something and would respond immediately. Do yourself a favor and use him for legal matters.
