Went through the divorce process with this firm and do not have much negative to say. The emails are well constructed and written with clear instructions that had step by step guidance how to complete the divorce efficiently. Every time there was a waiting period for the courts the paperwork always arrived well before the wait period expired. This divorce was uncontested so it was a smooth process, I can not speak for those who choose for settlement. My overall experience was a good one and would recommend for a uncontested divorce.

I highly recommend this office for the representation and filling of a no contest/ no fault divorce. I attempted the process once on my own, but the local county prothonotary wouldn't answer any questions as to procedure or what paperwork might be missing. I gave up and wrote off the money spent for filing. This attorney and staff are very professional, efficient and clearly state what and when each procedure needed completed. And its extremely affordable compared to other "services"advertised on the internet. In a little over a month the whole process was completed! Thanks to James Cairns and his staff!
