After getting my third dui (1st in Pennsylvania other two were in Ohio) with a refusal AND within ten years AND facing a MANDATORY 1 year in prison. I knew I was in an extremely bad situation and after searching endlessing for countless hours trying to find the best possible attorney, which is a dreadful task. To my much needed relieve I found Jeffrey Veitch. Words alone cannot describe how thankful I am that I did. I first called him on a Saturday and he returned my call within minutes. He was very understanding of my situation and was straightforward with me. He told me all the possible outcomes, including the one he believed to be the most probable one. He seemed genuine, honest and very sympathetic so I made an appointment to meet with him. Once we met and he explained everything in more depth I immediately felt at ease so without hesitation I hired him and it was the best decision I could have done. He always kept me informed and up to date on everything that needed to be done on my part. When it came time to appear in court he was never afraid to speak up even when the DA tried to add in the post arraignment plea deal for me to have an assigned judge (In Erie county the defense can pick their own judge which is what we wanted) he immediately challenged the DA and got what we wanted. The only time something didn't happen what he said would happen was at the sentencing.. Instead of getting 30 days home monitoring I got 21 days home monitoring. Yeah he's that good. Every case is unique but if your like me and feel like there's no hope give Jeff a call because in my opinion is your best option. He also always called me back in a timely manner if he was unable to take my call at that moment. You can tell he actually cares about his clients and you get a very strong sense that your in good hands once you meet with him. He takes his job very seriously and I have never been more satisfied with hiring an attorney. Please take my advice and hire Jeff. You won't regret it. I feel like I got a second chance at life because of Jeff and I'm truly thankful I found him.

I can’t say enough good things about this lawyer. He represented me on a MVA case that lasted over 8 years. During the process he never missed a single detail. He and his staff maintained good communication, were highly organized and very professional. The case ended up going to trail and this is where Mr. Purchase was truly amazing.
