Very professional firm to consider. However they can be somewhat pricey. A better firm in my opinion to consider would be Bernard kuzenski and lager on West 6th Street close to the courthouse.

John was great. He took the time with me to make me comfortable. He was willing to listen and understand all the details. When he was unsure of a detail he went over and over it . You could tell when he was comfortable and ready to move on to the next piece of information. His professional nature and experience make him a great choice. If the need ever arises he would be my first call.

Mr. Fessler assisted me and my husband with a real estate purchase. It was a mobile home on land so not a cut and dry transaction and he was very patient and helpful throughout the handling of the entire transaction - even after the closing when an unforeseen problem came up.
