Attorney Clelland is horrible. He has the worst attitude, he's very arrogant and condescending and disrespectful and rude. He charge $100 for a 20 minute consult that was in reality nothing but him being utterly rude and disrespectful with a horrible mouth on him. Was not helpful at all for a very simple and easy case. Would never recommend to ANYONE EVER

Damon is hands down the best attorney in Erie county. If you want an attorney that is responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgable, very well prepared in hearings/trials, and fights for you with everything he has, he is the attorney for you.

I recently hired Damon Hopkins as my divorce attorney because he came highly recommended by another friend. Mr. Hopkins is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of family law. Whenever I had a concern, it was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. I can honestly say Mr. Hopkins made my divorce go smoother than I had anticipated. I will continue to use Damon Hopkins for all of my future legal needs.
