Attorney Hutzelman is one of the premier Attorneys in Erie County. He has handled several business matters for me and family memberrs. I honestly dont think there is an area of Law that he does excell in. He has free consultation fees. If you need a top Attorney give him a call he is the Best!

Damon was hired to represent my boyfriend and in one year of him being in prison Damon only came to talk with him twice, and never kept in communication with him. Damon also represented the man who died in this case and never told my boyfriend until just a few weeks ago - that is conflict of interest- Damon put so much doubt into my boyfriends head and never reassured him with anything and told him to just take a plea. We did what was best, got our money back from Damon and hired a new lawyer who has given us now so much hope with this case. So thank you Mr. Hopkins for giving us another chance to hire a new lawyer for this case! I will say though Damon was very flexible and works with payment plans very well for his clients.

I hired Keith Clelland to represent me in a custody trial. I had filed for the custody hearing then hired Keith after I decided to go infront of the judge/ master. I met with Keith and he gave me a rate which I paid in full and said if we had to appeal he would do so unless we went infront of the judge again. I presented him with dates that i didn't receive the child for visits I also have the papers in which I presented Keith that stated very clearly what visitation I was going for. From the begining I had to correct him on several occasions of what my request for visitations were. And then we went to trial and he did not present any of the evidence that I gave him. He talked a good game of how he was going to go about the trial and he came up short on his abilities. So when I got the decision I wanted to appeal and he said he would file exceptions on the masters findings. And said if it went to another trial I would have to pay him a fee that we agreed on but said that he didnt think it was worth it. So I had him file the exceptions and he sent me a copy of what he sent to the judge. From the first copy he got the dates wrong on what i was asking for. So after I corrected him yet again he fixed it and sent me another copy which was wrong also ( as I still have every paper and email ) and after a few emails he then withdrew himeself as my representation. Due to the fact that I corrected him and he felt he went above and beyond what was asked and what he had told me. I would not hire him. He is a fast talker has no passion for his work or his clients. He talks a great game but lacks follow through. Blames a a prior conviction for the reason but I won custody of my oldest two daughters with the same conviction. As I said no follow through.

I highly recommend keith for anyone in need of attorney . Not only is this man a great lawyer but I can testify to him working from pure compassion and integrity. Hes been involved with me, my case and my family and took my case on as his own.many thanks to you.

Went with a friend of my family to discuss child support and custody issues. He was rude, condescending and disrespectful to the family friend, offered no solutions. Just a totally disrespectful person. Oh, and he kept the consultation fee even though we ended the consultation after 20 mins. "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY".

Attorney Clelland is horrible. He has the worst attitude, he's very arrogant and condescending and disrespectful and rude. He charge $100 for a 20 minute consult that was in reality nothing but him being utterly rude and disrespectful with a horrible mouth on him. Was not helpful at all for a very simple and easy case. Would never recommend to ANYONE EVER
